We are a small de-luxe family run company and we / myself or my son Jakub/ still meet or at least speak with all the clients that come here. We have about 30 guides and about 20 drivers working with us. It is encouraging to hear over and over again that they like working for us and even though they are independent, more and more work solely for us.
All the clients on arrival receive a „welcome letter“, small souvenir and an emergency phone number we can be reached on all the time. So I daresay the human touch and exclusive approach has always been here and will never disappear. And what do we do?
Prague is sometimes called the city of one hundred spires or the Golden city - since there has never been much gold in our banks, it refers to the fact that the capital city has always been very dear to the hearts of its inhabitants. As we are based in Prague, we are of course experts on the city but we handle much more than that.
We try to cope with all the recent changes in hotels, restaurants, theater and concert performances.
We check all the above frequently and also try to get back the feedback from our clients.
Even though Prague is the real gem, we also monitor all the changes in the whole of the country and suggest the best tours for individuals as well as groups. We never say "no" to any job but we mostly handle VIP English or Spanish speaking clientelle.
